Our psychiatric rehabilitation program is designed for those whose mental health condition makes it difficult to successfully integrate into the community and need additional support

  We provide a full range of assessments to accurately diagnose mental health conditions and determine the most effective combination of counseling and medication management services.

We provide psychotropic medication management for those with diagnosed mental health conditions. 

 Qualified professionals ensure an appropriate dosage is received and monitor for compliance and effectiveness.

The Social and Emotional Awareness Program (S.E.A.P) aims to increase social awareness and emotional intelligence. The Abuse Intervention Program (A.I.P) focuses on eliminating domestic violence by increasing awareness and accountability.

 We provide substance use services including both intensive outpatient programs (IOP) and outpatient programs (OP), as well as suboxone maintenance. We have experienced professionals and curriculums designed to reduce or eliminate drug use.
